As a mum of 4 including a set of twins, I am aware of the stresses and strains that pregnancy has upon our bodies. I am experienced in treating women (usualy from the second trimester of pregnancy) I can aid with weekly relaxation and help ease common discomforts felt when our bodies are changing to be ready to deliver a new human to our world. I also have a pot of knowledge I am happy to share
